Advertising & Partner Disclosure

GovCon Starter is free to use. To pay for it, free pages may show two kinds of paid placements. Here is exactly how they work.

Partner offers

Some pages — for example Banking and Bonding — include a boxed section labeled "Partner offers". If you open an account or buy a policy through one of those links, the partner may pay us a referral fee. That fee never changes what the page above it says: the educational content is written first, by us, and partners don't review or influence it. We only list partners whose products fit the page's topic.

Display ads

Free pages (such as articles in Resources and the free-plan dashboard) may show ads served by Google. They're marked as ads. If you allow advertising cookies, Google may personalize them; if you don't, you may still see non-personalized ads. Paid plans don't show display ads.

What we will never advertise

Registering in SAM.gov and applying for SBA certifications are free through the government. We block ads and refuse partners that charge for "SAM registration help" or "certification help", because those services are a well-known source of confusion and scams. If you ever see one on this site, it slipped through our filters — please report it.

Report a misleading ad

Email support@govcon.pro with the page and what you saw. We block the advertiser.
